After I was introduced to Vemma, I would not take it until I did my own research. I went to the National Medical Naturopathic Convention in Las Vegas and scoured the exhibit floor for something better. I could not find anything that met my criteria: all my vitamins, all my minerals including trace minerals, liquid, and tastes good.
